- Acted for an Indonesian company in its joint venture with a Chinese company in relation to the development and operations of an industrial estate in Indonesia.
- Acted for a Hong Kong company in the A to Z of its establishment of a facility within a bonded warehouse in Indonesia for the manufacturing of diecast toy cars.
- Conducted legal due diligence on a Singapore company in relation to a cross-border joint venture in the pharmaceutical industry.
- Acted for a Malaysia listed company in the pharmaceutical industry in relation to its business operations in Indonesia.
